From the team behind the smash hits Carrying David, Hadaway Harry and The Great Joe Wilson.

Wor Bella is the incredible story of women’s football during WWI and how Blyth Spartans Ladies won the Munionettes Cup in 1918. As they selflessly saved the war ef-fort on the home front through the war, they also found time to play football Despite their daily hard, physical work—and competition from dozens of women’s teams based across the North East, Blyth Spartan Ladies became the best side in 1918, with Bella Reay scoring 133 goals in 30 matches. These heroic ladies have been largely forgotten…until now!
